We met Jane over 45 years ago when they lived in Godmanchester, we shared many family occasions and became lifelong friends. After their move to Mevagissey we were invited to visit, on our arrival we were not only warmly greeted by Jane and Martin but also dogs, ducks and donkeys; primroses and rhododendrons adorned the garden. Our trips out included steam trains, gardens, walks on the Dodman, eating ice cream while sitting in the harbour watching the fishing boats and a visit to The Lizard to see the Choughs. After a lovely home cooked meal we would enjoy watching Miss Marple and Poirot. So many treasured memories of a wonderful person and true friend who will be sadly missed.
